March goals

Can you believe it’s March? Wasn’t it just March? March 13 will mark one year since shutdowns began in our area and the weirdest year of our lives. Crazy to think I thought this would last 30 days, yet one year later I’m still working from home. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Publishing my monthly goals has really helped me stay on track! Here’s what I’m working on in March:

  1. List at least 10 items to sell on Instagram or Poshmark. I have a lot of great clothes that don’t fit my style personality or my best colors that need to find a better home!

  2. Walk 22 minutes a day for at least 22 days. The weather is getting nicer (I see 71° in our seven-day forecast!) and I love going on afternoon walks to soak up the sunshine!

  3. Keep my sugar intake to less than 20 grams per day. I have officially gained the COVID 19 from eating comfort foods (candy) and moving my body less. I’m ready for a change. I considered another Whole30, but in the end decided to first try cutting my sugar intake. I’ve been doing it for over a week and have so much more energy! It’s crazy. I wake up ready to tackle the day and don’t collapse from exhaustion immediately after the kids go to bed. This podcast episode about mindful / intuitive eating was really helpful for a healthy mindset, too!
